Custom proxies allow you to connect LinkedIn accounts using your own proxy infrastructure. This gives you full control over login location, routing, and compliance requirements.

What Are Custom Proxies?

By default, the platform assigns a login location using a global IP pool.

With custom proxies, you can instead connect LinkedIn accounts through:

  • Your own static proxies

  • Rotating residential proxies

  • Datacenter proxies

This is especially useful for teams with:

  • Strict compliance requirements

  • Dedicated infrastructure

  • Region-specific routing needs

Where to Manage Custom Proxies

You can add and manage proxies from three areas:

  • During account login
Assign a proxy when connecting a new LinkedIn account

  • Accounts page
Update proxy settings from the account settings menu

  • Workspace Settings โ†’ Proxies
Central place to view, add, test, and delete proxies

Adding a New Proxy

To add a proxy:

  1. Go to Workspace Settings

  2. Open the Proxies tab

  3. Click Add proxy

Youโ€™ll need to provide:

  • Name
    Internal label for your reference

  • Address
Proxy URI in the following format:
    โ€‹[protocol]://[username]:[password]@[host]:[port]
(Pasting a correctly formatted URI will auto-fill the fields)

  • Username
Authentication credential (optional for IP-authenticated proxies)

  • Password
