The Analytics section gives you a clear overview of your LinkedIn outreach performance across one or multiple accounts.

It allows you to:

  • Monitor key outreach metrics

  • Switch between accounts or view all accounts together

  • Adjust reporting timeframes

  • Export detailed reports

  • Review recent leads and their profile details

Viewing Metrics by Account

At the top of the Analytics page, you can choose which LinkedIn accounts to include:

  • All accounts – shows combined performance across your entire workspace

  • Single account – focuses metrics on one specific LinkedIn profile

This is useful when:

  • Managing multiple profiles

  • Comparing account performance

  • Reporting results per team member or client

Viewing Metrics by Timeframe

You can control the reporting period using the timeframe selector.

Available options include:

  • Last 24 hours

  • 7 days

  • 30 days

  • All time

  • Custom range

The selected timeframe applies to all metrics and charts shown on the page.

Available Metrics

The Analytics overview displays the following key metrics:

  • Profile Views – how many profiles were viewed

  • Invites – connection requests sent

  • Accepted – accepted connection requests

  • Message Requests – message requests sent

  • Messages – direct messages sent

  • InMails – InMails sent

  • Replies – responses received from leads

These metrics help you track both outreach volume and engagement.

Exporting Reports

You can export performance data at any time by clicking Export report.

Export Options

When exporting, you can configure:

Timeframe

  • Same options as the Analytics view (24h, 7 days, 30 days, all time, custom)

Accounts

  • All accounts or selected LinkedIn accounts

Format

  • Web Page (PDF) – visual summary report,

  • Interactions (CSV) – detailed list of outreach interactions,

  • Campaigns (CSV) – campaign-level performance data

Exports are useful for:

  • Client reporting

  • Internal reviews

  • CRM imports

  • Performance analysis

Recent Leads

At the bottom of the Analytics page, you’ll find Recent Leads.

This section shows:

  • The latest leads generated from outreach campaigns

  • The campaign source for each lead

It gives a quick snapshot of who has recently entered your pipeline.

Lead Sidebar (When Clicking a Lead)

Clicking on a lead opens a detailed sidebar with full context, including:

Profile Information

  • Full name and profile photo

  • Headline and current role

  • Location

  • Company

  • LinkedIn subscription type

Contact Details (If Available)

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • How the lead originated (e.g. profile connection or campaign)

Lead Management

  • Add or edit labels

  • Add internal notes

  • Open the full LinkedIn profile

  • Jump directly to messaging

This allows you to review, qualify, and act on leads without leaving the Analytics view.

Summary

The Analytics section helps you:

  • Track outreach performance across accounts or per account

  • Analyze results over flexible timeframes
