This platform helps you grow your network by sending connection requests, follow-up messages, and direct messages on your behalf - all based on rules you define.
All of this is managed through Campaigns.
What is a Campaign?
Campaigns define:
Who you want to reach
How you want to engage with them
When actions should be performed
They control everything from connection notes and follow-up messages to the sequence and timing of your outreach.
Step 1: Campaign Type & Allowed Actions
Each campaign starts by selecting a Campaign Type, which determines:
The audience you will target
The actions the campaign can perform
You can build audiences from:
LinkedIn people searches
Post engagers
Groups
Events
Custom lists (using LinkedIn profile URLs)
Depending on the campaign type, you can target:
1st-degree connections
2nd- and 3rd-degree connections
Campaign Creation Overview
You can create and launch a campaign in just a few minutes:
Choose a campaign type
Select the LinkedIn account(s) that will run the campaign
Define your audience
Add connection notes and messages
Set your schedule
Launch the campaign
Once launched, execution is handled automatically based on your settings.
Creating Your First Campaign
To get started:
Go to the Campaigns section
Click Create Campaign
Select the campaign type that matches your goal
Follow the steps to configure audience, messages, and schedule
Launch the campaign
Each step is guided and can be adjusted later.
Campaign Settings
After selecting your campaign type, configure the main settings.
👥 LinkedIn Accounts
Choose which account(s) will run the campaign:
A single account
Multiple selected accounts
All accounts in your workspace
This allows you to scale outreach while keeping everything centralized.
🔗 Outreach Type
Choose how you want to engage:
Connection Requests (recommended)
InMail-only campaigns (for open profiles)
Message Requests
Each option affects who you can reach and how messages are delivered.
📧 InMail Optimization
Enable this option to automatically send free InMails to users with open profiles.
Benefits:
Preserves weekly connection request limits
Reaches users without using paid credits
Recommended whenever available.
🎯 Targets
Set how many people your campaign will reach.
Campaigns support large audiences (up to 10,000 targets, depending on type).
Step 2: Set Your Targeting
Targeting defines who your campaign reaches.
Search-based campaigns work similarly to LinkedIn People Search, with filters like:
Keywords
Location
Company
Job title
Connections
Once your search is ready, save it as your campaign audience.
Bonus: Review Your Audience
Before launching, you can:
Review all matched profiles
Remove any that are not a good fit
Important:
Once a LinkedIn user is added to a campaign, they cannot be added to another campaign later.
This prevents duplicate outreach and protects your account from spam-like behavior.
Step 3: Set Your Campaign Flow
A Flow defines how your campaign interacts with each target.
You can:
Create up to two flows for A/B testing
Compare results to find what works best
Each campaign includes one primary action:
Connection request, or
Message request
Connection Requests & Follow-Ups
Connection requests are the most effective way to grow your network.
Optional note (up to 250 characters)
Availability depends on account type
After acceptance, follow-up messages can be sent automatically.
Best practices:
Use 2–3 follow-ups
Add delays between messages
Avoid aggressive messaging
Follow-ups stop automatically once a recipient replies.
Voice Messages and Attachments
You can enhance messages with:
Voice recordings (for a more personal touch)
Attachments, such as:
Product brochures
Case studies
Demo decks
Guides
These are added directly in message templates and sent automatically.
They can also be combined with custom variables for deeper personalization.
Free InMails
This feature allows you to:
Contact users with open profiles
Avoid paid InMail credits
Save connection requests
Each target receives either a Free InMail or a connection request — never both.
Personalization & Auto-Translate
Message Variables & AI Personalization
Messages can include dynamic variables such as:
First name
Company
Job title
AI can enhance messages using public profile data to improve relevance and response rates.
Auto-Translate
Run campaigns globally with automatic translation:
Detects recipient’s LinkedIn language
Translates messages from English automatically
This helps maintain a natural, localized experience.
Step 4: Set Your Campaign Schedule
Campaigns only run during defined working hours.
You can:
Set a fixed timezone
Automatically detect each recipient’s timezone
When detection is enabled, messages are sent during working hours in the recipient’s local time.
Step 5: Review & Launch
Before launching, review:
Audience
Message templates
Flow
Schedule
Then:
Start immediately
Schedule for later
Save as draft
After launch, you can monitor performance, reply to leads, and manage conversations through your inbox and CRM tools.
